4th Order’s New CD -- "Snake Oil" – Set for March 13th, 2007
Eagerly Anticipated Follow-up to 2004's Debut CD "13" Will Cure What Ails You
STILLWATER, OK – (BIG MOON RECORDS) – February 6, 2007 -- The release date for "Snake Oil," the second studio album from 4th Order, is set for March 13th, 2007.
"Snake Oil", the follow-up to 4th Order’s 2004 debut album “13”, is a
potent mix of hard hitting Rock, Red Dirt, and a tiny bit of Funk,
blended with 13 other secret ingredients which combine to make a
powerful “Cure All” musical elixir. Ranging from the introspective;
everybody has a dream, story of "Once Upon A Time" to the blistering,
straight forward and, in your face rock of "Brought Down", 4th Order
explores bold new facets of their creativity and song writing skill.
>From cover to cover, the Stillwater, OK based foursome brings forth a
lighter image of themselves and their music. From the darkness and
sometimes painful bitterness in the first album comes a brighter and
more aggressive sound that expresses a theme common to the band,
defiance.
“There is something magical about this album” says guitarist Stephen
Holt. “We have grown and matured so much over the years and you can
definitely hear that as you listen to this disc. We intend to leave our
mark on this world.”
