Trent Willmon, country music singer-songwriter and host of Country Music Television's "America's Top Cowboy," will perform a free show at 8 p.m. on Saturday at the Dog Iron Saloon, inside Cherokee Casino Will Rogers Downs in Claremore.
Willmon's most famous for songs like "Beer Man" and "Home Sweet Holiday Inn," and his career has already taken him from the dancehalls of Texas to the hallowed stage of the Grand Ole Opry as well as countless other venues across America, including the National Finals Rodeo.
But this singing cowboy has deep Texas roots that made it hard for him to initially choose between the stage and the steed.
He also released a cookbook, "The Beer Man Cookbook," in June.
