This past Friday, August 31, Johnny and the Band tore it up at The Horseman in Fort Worth...good crowd, great staff and production...and a special thanks goes out to all of our DFW friends and fans that came out and an extra holler to Ricky Smith and Bob Mitchell from Smith Entertainment for coming out to visit on the eve of the eve of the Red Dirt Roundup...Sa-lute!

Saturday, we headed back north to Brick Town and The Wormy Dog Saloon in OKC. We love that place and the people that work behind the scenes! The management and staff are always supportive and Steve keeps the sound system running in perfect order...it's always a great show and a fun night!
Sunday, the City of Wichita Falls celebrated outdoors with a belated July 4th plus a Labor Day celebration all wrapped up in ONE BIG EVENT! Jay Hollis took the stage first, followed by Johnny to a crowd of at least 10,000. Bigloo closed the show and were followed by one of the best fireworks displays I've seen in quite some time! Thanks to all the WF and surrounding area fans and their families that stood in line at the merch table for a good hour and a half waiting on Johnny autographs.

The Labor Day Sunday "after party" was a closed event at The Iron Horse Pub to celebrate Danny Ahern's birthday. Thanks to Danny and John for a great time...the "one for the road" pints were flowing and it was a great way to end a fantastic week of family, friends and great music!!!
Johnny will be at Stage West this Wednesday night for another edition of "Woody's Acoustic Chaos"...and then we're headed to Wall Street in Duncan on Friday and The Red Moon Cafe in Ennis on Saturday for Johnny's Pre-Birthday celebration...the little stud turns a whopping 19 years old this coming Tuesday...

"Let It All Go" held it's own at #8 this week, so keep those radio requests coming....and don't forget to vote for "Texas To You" as the Lone Star Beer NATIONAL ANTHEM OF TEXAS!
...see 'ya down the road!
