AmericanaRoots.com Invades Nashville!

It is that time of year again when we pack up and head out to the Americana Music Conference in Nashville, TN. This year, Gregg Geil, will host a panel discussion entitled "Leveraging The Internet: An Artist's Toolkit" which should be a very interesting discussion on the Internet and Music. Gregg has lined up a stellar group of panelists this year which are listed below. We invite all of you to join in the panel which will be held on Friday, September 18th @ 10AM in the Nashville Convention Center. In addition, Gregg will be logging his activities on twitter starting on Thursday so make sure you'refollowing him to keep up with all the latest!

No Depression Podcasts

Over the past few months, we have been working closely with the great community over at NoDepression.com to bring some of our AmericanaRoots.com podcast shows over to their community. This is exciting news for all of us and will allow us to help spread the word even more about new Americana Music. Gregg, Ray and Von will host a monthly "Americana Roundtable" show which will air on both AmericanaRoots.com and NoDepression.com. The Roundtable show will talk about Americana music news, events and a wide variety of other topics which should prove to be very entertaining! In addition, Gregg will re-launch his Americana Spotlight show starting early next week on both communities. The Americana Spotlight will showcase an artist per show and includes an interview along with a song from that artist. Keep an eye out and if you are not yet subscribed to our podcast shows on iTunes you can do that by clicking here.

And a closing note...

As we close for this end of Summer newsletter, we wanted to thank our very dedicated and hard working volunteer crew: John, Don, Von & Ray. These are the folks that keep content flowing into AmericanaRoots.com each and every week.
