2009 Gazette Woody Award Winners Named
The Oklahoma Gazette came out with their annual Soundcheck issue on Wednesday.
Included in the issue: a great feature article on music in Oklahoma City and stories on local sound engineers, a music therapy program for military veterans, Oklahoma’s early relationship with the electric guitar, the Universe City co-op in Norman, the University of Oklahoma’s electric organ program and songwriter John Martin’s work with Oklahoma State University and the Big XII.
The 2009 Woody Award winners were also announced in the issue:
