Tumbleweed Update TEXAS CONNECTION 2 The 2nd addition of TEXAS CONNECTION is almost here!  You only have two more days to get your advance tickets.  This promises to be a great weekend of music and fun only the Tumbleweed can provide.  Just to make sure the Tumbleweed keeps with the Texas theme, we will have $1.50 Lone Star Beer, THE national beer of Texas, from 8:00 to 10:00 each night!  There will be tickets available each night at the door.  Come out, bring lots of friends and we the Tumbleweed will provide the rest! UPCOMING EVENTS CALF FRY TESTICAL TUNE UP Continues – March 3, March 26 and April 3 Calf Fry Testical Tune Up Contest Continues! Come out and watch some of best, up and coming bands in the region competing for a spot to play Calf Fry 2009.  The 3rd round is March 3rd and the 4th round is March 26th.  The final round is April 3rd.  Don’t forget to come out and get your balls wet playing beer pong each of these nights!   Mardi Party – Thursday, March 12 Come out and celebrate one of the hottest parties of the year at the Tumbleweed.  There will be free beads for the first 1000 people through the door.  We will also have any coin beer from 8:00 – 10:00 along with $4.00 Bourbon and Coke all night.  We will have a BIKINI contest that will pay $500 in cash and prizes for those ladies who think they have what it takes!   CALF FRY 2009 – April 29 through May 2 It’s that time of the year, and yes you read this correct, Calf Fry 2009 is 4 days this year.  This year’s music line-up is stronger than ever.  You will be able to view the entire line-up and buy your advance tickets at calffry.com on March 1st.  Trust us you will want to get your tickets early!
