| We're less than three weeks way from the beginning of a new year, which means we're less than three weeks away from our New Year's Eve Masquerade Ball at Cain's Ballroom here in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Be sure to come in costume, we'll be having a best costume contest with $$ prizes. The evening will culminate with a set of Beyonce, Madonna, & Lady GaGa songs with special guests Annie Ellicott, Travis Fite, & Costa Stasinopoulos. This night is going to be a lot of fun, so be sure to grab your tickets in advance (which saves you at least $5). TIckets are available here as well as at Starship Records. VIP tickets (which gets you up to the Cain's mezzanine, champagne, snacks, and JFJO goods) can be purchased here.
A week later we'll be playing the first JFJO show of 2011 at Le Poisson Rouge as part of the 2011 NYC Winter Jazz Fest. The show will also serve as a showcase for the 2011 Association of Performing Arts Presenters conference. This year JFJO has it's own booth at APAP, booth 543, so if you are attending the conference please stop by and say hello to us there as well as at booth 119.
A big thanks goes out to all of you reading this. Thanks for making 2010 the best year of the Odyssey yet. From a month in Europe, to Jeff Harshbarger's first show on Record Store Day, to the LUDWIG premier and months of touring the US behind Stay Gold, this year was truly one for the books.
