Taylor Swift Has The Ultimate CMA Awards Night

Brad Paisley was the lead nominee going into Wednesday night's CMA Awards with seven nods, but he walked away with only two - Male Vocalist and Musical Event of the Year (with Keith Urban). Keith Urban was nominated for five awards, but only walked away with the one he shared with Brad. The big winner of the evening was truly Taylor Swift.
Taylor Swift was nominated for 4 CMA Awards, and she walked away with all 4. Music Video of the Year for "Love Story," Album of the Year for Fearless, Female Vocalist of the Year, and she finally ended Kenny Chesney's reign as Entertainer of the Year. Along with making it a CMA sweep, she's also made history again as the youngest CMA Entertainer of the Year.
Taylor talks about what she feels it takes to be nominated for Entertainer of the Year

While Taylor had the ultimate CMA night, several others may have had the worst. George Strait was nominated for Male Vocalist and Entertainer of the Year, but walked away empty-handed. Perhaps more surprising was the Zac Brown Band's night. They have had three straight #1 songs, but they were denied any awards from the 4 nominations they received.
