Tulsa's.... PILLAR

August 7th, 2007 What's up! How has everybody been? I just finished up recording the bass tracks for our new album today. I must say this album will have the best bass tone yet. I think you are really going to dig these songs. This album will have energy like no other Pillar record. If you haven't heard, we are going to call the new album "For the Love of the Game". Hey, we love playing music for a living. It sure beats delivering pizza and working at Walmart- both of which Rob and I have done in the past. We will be playing some brand new songs from our upcoming album "For the Love of the Game" for the first time on this tour. We are planning something special just for Shout Fest and we need your help. There are two things we want you to do- 1. We want to see flags. Home made Pillar flags flying in the air during the set will turn the night out right! So get together with your flags and make a flag that would make us proud. 2. We want to see some street soldiers. That means you gotta look like a soldier. So get decked out in your best battle gear (camo, face paint, bandanas, etc.) We want to see an army out there each and every night. If you are in the Armed Forces then wear your uniform. Lets show 'em what the UG Army is all about!
