All American Idol Competition for Bethel Foundation in Oklahoma City this fall

American Idol Season 8 Top 10 Finalist, Megan Joy, will host All American Idol Competition for Bethel Foundation in Oklahoma City this fall

Oklahoma City, OK- Oklahoma’s Bethel Foundation is excited to announce its first annual “All American Idol” competition. The foundation was recently contacted by Megan Joy from the Fox Network’s American Idol Season 8. Megan expressed her desire to assist in raising money for the organization that helps get single mothers back on their feet. This event will not only increase funds and heighten awareness for Bethel Foundation, but also give upcoming artists a chance to display their talents and take the next step in their career.

Preliminary auditions will be held at Crossroad’s Mall, 7000 Crossroad’s Blvd. Oklahoma City, OK 73149, located at the northeast corner of I-240 and I-35. Registration will begin on Friday, September 18th at 8:00 a.m. in the center of the mall on the lower level. These auditions will go from September 18th, 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m., to September 19th, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. From there the Top 70 contestants will be chosen to move on to the next round.

The Grand Prize package will be worth over $5000 including a one year contract with the entertainment consulting firm, Quarter Time Music Group, a 10 song demo provided by Two Hearts Production, $500 in cash, and much more. A panel of judges consisting of local celebrities and industry professionals will determine a winner from the final Top 10, with prizes awarded to first, second, and third place.

American Idol’s Megan Joy will host the finale event on Friday, November 13th at the Coca Cola Bricktown Events Center in downtown Oklahoma City. A limited number of Platinum VIP passes will be sold for fans who would like the opportunity to meet Megan Joy personally. These passes also provide front row seating to the evening’s performances.
