Clear Channel Radio has launched a new digital radio station...

Clear Channel Radio has launched a new digital radio station that will be dedicated to live music drawing from the company’s cache of exclusive live artist performances and interviews.

The new channel is called “stripped radio” and is being sponsored by Visa Signature. It will feature recordings of live performances by artists who participated in Clear Channel’s stripped on-demand series which began in May 2005.

Participating artists include John Legend, Taylor Swift, Maxwell, Alicia Keys, Coldplay, Linkin Park, Sugarland, Green Day, Kanye West, The Fray, Lily Allen, Bon Jovi, John Mayer, Silversun Pickups, Rascal Flatts, Leona Lewis, and more. Between songs, listeners will hear artists share stories ranging from their first concert as a fan to their favorite new music.

Stripped radio is available to Clear Channel Radio’s digital audience at www.iheartradio.com.
