Stars to support Langston benefit
The star of 2009’s "Not Easily Broken” and one of Broadway’s original "Dreamgirls” will headline a gala benefiting the students at Langston University, Oklahoma’s only historically black university.Morris Chestnut, who next will be seen in the premiere episode of ABC’s "V” this fall, will be host of Langston University’s fourth annual President’s Scholarship Gala.Two-time Grammy Award winner Jennifer Holliday, who appeared in the original Tony Award-winning production of "Dreamgirls,” will provide the entertainment for the black-tie affair.The gala will be at 8 p.m.
