Does anyone know of an aerobics instructor who would love to volunteer to create a four to eight minute fitness routine (aerobics) and teach it to 8-10 PCJM contestants on Sunday afternoons from January 17 through March 7 from 3-5 pm at the Stillwate...r YMCA?
