Grammy-nominated country music artist, Joe Nichols, will be in Oklahoma City on November 4, at the Wormy Dog, for his album release party and concert. Joe's new album, Old Things New, hits stores October 27.
At the young age of 19, Joe Nichols hit the music world on an independent label, but it wasn't until he signed with Universal South Records, that he released the single, "The Impossible" in 2002, which peaked at number three on the Billboard Hot Country Songs. The year 2002 also brought the release of Nichols' second album, Man with a Memory, that went platinum, and produced the number one single, "Brokenheartsville." Nichols' second number one came from his fourth album, 2005's gold-certified III, with "Tequila Makes Her Clothes Fall Off."
The first single, "Believers," off Old Things New, reached the Top 30 on the country singles chart. The second upcoming single is "Gimmie That Girl."
