We are entering the month of August making preparations for College Fest. Our back-to college celebration of the newest and hottest up and coming music artists of the music scene. We are proud to have several new bands join the festivities as well as see a few returning artists headline some of the shows. College Fest is proving to be yet another terrific opportunity to see and experience many bands and performers that appeal to our young adults. High quality music, high energy and never a shortage of enthusiastic crowds.
We are wondering if anyone wants us to build a mud pit to re-enact the mud party we had for Calf Fry 2009?
By the way, last count, 78 individual shoes, sandals and flip flopswere dug out from the mud in the concert arena! We ahve reseeded the arena to restore the grassy compisiton of the arena and look forward to hosting many of you again in a few weeks.

We are doing a few things different this year. On Wednesday night, we will host "Celebrate the Sundown" on the arena patio with several artist performing acoustically and joining in with each other in an old fashion jam session. In addition, we will provide free draft Budweiser or Bud Light beer till 1am! Order your tickets today.
There will also be a frozen drink bar outside serving the COLDEST frozen drinks available. Too, the semester starts with new larger mixed beverage drinks. RV camping spots are available for those wishing to stay on the property and celebrate with safety. Some of the remain spots have full hook-ups of water, sewer and electricity. Two spots have water and sewer only. Each RV rental will include 6 tickets for you and your friends to enjoy the festival up close and convenient. Make your prepayment reservations today.
Tumbleweed is now hosting a weekly radio show on Sunday nights. Country DJ is presenting the unique three hour show from 6pm-9pm. It will feature artists who will be performing at the Tumbleweed as well as go back though the years and highlight artists of the past. In addition, stories of the "Weed" and personal interviews with many performers will be part of the show. Our goal is to entertain, inform and to support live music in Stillwater-Home of Red Dirt Music...LAST CALL is heard on Stillwater Radio 105.5 FM every Sunday night. Listen and enjoy....
Labor Day weekend will be a special weekend for the Tumbleweed. So make your plans to stay in town and enjoy some new actitivites at the Tumbleweed. We will host a concert with our friends from Cain's Ballroom to expand our music appeal. In addition, for those who want to get crazy and soapy, we will host an indoor FOAM PARTY (additional charge of only $5.00)
